Which training is better for you?

Online do all training in your own home in your own time nutrition consultation done for you so you are the master of your own domain.

Face to face training meet up with your Trainer 2-3 times per week for a training session.

They are both awesome options it is really a individual decision what fits in best with your current lifestyle and work/family commitments.
